Process up to 200 images per job — pick your settings once, run them all.
Generate QR codes for URLs, text, WiFi credentials, or vCards — with your logo in the centre. Customise colours, dot shape, and error correction level. Output as PNG, SVG, or PDF, ready for print or web use.
What QR codes can encode
- URL: the most common — point to your website, social profile, menu, app store.
- WiFi credentials: guests scan to join your network without typing the password.
- vCard: contact details people add to their phone with one scan.
- SMS / phone: open a pre-filled SMS or trigger a call.
- Email: open the email app with a pre-filled to/subject.
- Plain text: any string up to ~4000 characters.
Logo placement and error correction
QR codes have built-in error correction — they can survive having up to 30% of the code damaged or covered (with the High error-correction setting). That's how we can put a logo in the centre without breaking scannability. We default to High error correction for branded codes; the trade-off is a denser code (more dots).
Customisation options
- Colour: any HEX. Just keep enough contrast (3:1 minimum) for reliable scanning.
- Dot shape: square (default), rounded, or dot-only.
- Logo: upload a PNG or SVG. We automatically size it to fit within the safe area.
- Background: transparent or solid colour.
- Output: PNG (raster), SVG (vector for printing big), PDF (print-ready).
Print considerations
For printed QR codes (business cards, posters, menus), use SVG output and ensure final printed size is at least 25×25mm. Test with multiple phone cameras before mass-printing — some logos at the centre cause certain scanners to fail.
Frequently asked questions
Will my QR code expire?
Static QR codes (URL embedded directly) never expire. Dynamic QR codes (which redirect through a service) do — we generate static codes.
What if my logo is too big?
We constrain it to the safe area within the error-correction tolerance. Don't override this — your code may stop scanning.
Best output for print?
SVG. Vector scales infinitely without quality loss.
Does it work for WiFi networks?
Yes — pick 'WiFi' as the data type, enter SSID and password. Guests scan to connect.
What's the maximum data size?
~4000 characters. Beyond that, link to a webpage with the content instead.
Can I use brand colours?
Yes — any HEX. Verify scannability after — light-on-dark also works but needs higher contrast.
Bulk generation?
Premium: paste a CSV of URLs and get all QR codes in one zip.
Are codes stored?
Generated client-side; nothing about your URL is stored on our servers.
